At Beinelmilel we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges to ensure your shopping experience within some conditions. Eligibility
- You can request your money back unconditionally within 6 hours after placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order after the specified time has passed and the package has been sent to production.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at store@beinelmilel.com within the specified return period. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Return Authorization: All products sold in our store are not eligible for returns as they are sent to production after you place the order so we can not send the same item to someone else
Refunds & Credits
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days
- Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item received is defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.
