Products And Printing -

Q: What types of products do you offer?

A: At our store, we take pride in our diverse range of products, including T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and various clothing items in a plethora of colors and styles. Elevate your outfits with our selection of tote bags and other accessories, adding a touch of elegance to your look. We prioritize inclusivity by offering an extensive size range, ensuring that everyone, regardless of size, can effortlessly find high-quality products that suit them perfectly.

Q:  How can I choose the size that fits me the best?

A:The Product Section contains the sizing chart that is needed for each product. Additionally, we go into more detail about its operation in the description section. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to message us. We will respond to you as quickly as we can.

 

Q: How can I be sure of the quality of your products? What is the quality of the prints and are they resistant to washing?

A:In the production of our Goods, Brother GTX is being used to produce outstanding full-color direct-to-garment (DTG) prints, at 1200 DP. Textile inks are water-based pigment inks that are OEKO-TEX, Eco-Pass certified and CPSIA-compliant. Because the prints penetrate into the fabric and are never produced using the gluing technique, all of the products you buy from our store are high quality and suitable goods for wearing for many years.

 

Orders & Shipping -

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

A: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please keep in mind that production times may exceed the stated time depending on the current situation and density.

Q: Which shipping providers will handle my goods, and what is the estimated delivery time to my address?

A: Companies used to send your packages may include according to your address: USPS, ASENDIA USA and UPS. Delivery times are as follows;

Domestic Shippings: 2-5 Business Days
Priority Domestic Shippings: 2-3 Business Days
International Shippings: 10-30 Business Days

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: The name "Beinelmilel" has Arabic origins and signifies "international"! With regard to this, our primary goal is to make sure that our packages reach every country in the world while we continue to grow our brand.

Q: Can I make customization on products from your store or request personalization?

A:Unfortunately, personalization is not currently available in our store. If you would like to get information about our customizable products or have a different request, please contact us via store@beinelmilel.com

 

Gift wrapping and packaging

A: We take great care in packaging our products to guarantee that they arrive unharmed. In case that the item you ordered was damaged in transit, please inform us straight away. Gift wrapping and custom gift cards is not yet something we can offer, but we can add this feature hereafter.

Returns & Exchanges -

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Please note that each product is made to order, which is why we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, simply send us a photo and we'll promptly send you a replacement free of charge. For size-related concerns, reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist you.(European Union countries can benefit from their own rights to return and exchange requests.)

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?

A: If we need to issue a refund due to an error on our part, we'll aim to process it within 1-3 business days. The amount you receive may vary depending on your country and bank card. Remember to contact your bank for more details.

Payment & Billing -

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: You can make all your purchases from our store safely with all your American Express Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards with the assurance of iyzico.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

A: Sales tax may be applied to your order depending on your shipping address and local tax laws. The applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
